About

The award-winning "Hip Hop Can Save America!" podcast explores innovative and inspiring applications of Hip Hop music, culture, and sensibilities, highlighting how these intersections can improve lives, enhance livelihoods, and uplift communities throughout the nation -- across all demographics, but with a particular focus on from whence Hip Hop came, communities that have traditionally been underestimated, underserved and under-resourced.

We look at these intersections across many fields and disciplines, including education, science and technology, health and wellness, politics and social justice, business and entrepreneurship, the fine arts and more.

Dubbed “The World’s Important Hip Hop Podcast,” the show is produced, edited, and hosted by award-winning journalist Manny Faces, and has been selected as “recommended material” at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and appears as a reference in several college-level textbooks.
